  Core B: Legal Issues - Disclosure Issues for Landlords (COR 1662, 3 hrs Core B CE) This course will be e-mailed to Spring Conference registrants for review 3 weeks prior to this date as a Core B CE option for those who have already completed their proficiency exam.

• 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Continuing Education Session with Kerry Kidwell
  Core B: Legal Issues - Real Estate Fundamentals (COR 1676, 3 hours Core B) This session will prepare salesperson & broker licensees to take the proficiency exam.

• 2:30 p.m. – 2:50 p.m. Complimentary Beverage Break

• 4:30 pm. – 6:00 p.m. Proficiency Exam Testing
  This exam is being offered to those who have paid the $58 fee for the ‘Salesperson to Broker’ or ‘Broker to Broker-Manager’ proficiency test. Pre-registration only, no walk-ins. No registration will be accepted after April 20, 2011.
