MISSION: Younger members are an integral part of the future growth of the REALTOR® association. It is our hope to create more involvement and generate future IAR leaders.

Our objective is to provide education and support and create a forum where younger Illinois REALTORS® can share ideas and network with each other to expand their business potential. Our goals are to help this segment of our membership succeed in their business and become more involved in IAR and move up into leadership positions.
